This Privacy Policy explains how The GoIT Group, part of Grupo GoIT, with operations in Lima, Peru ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit thegoitgroup.com or contact us about our IT infrastructure services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, country, the service you are interested in and the project details you write.
- Payment information: when you pay a quote, the payment is processed by PayPal. We receive the payer name, email, amount and quote reference. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage information: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see general information such as pages viewed, country and device type. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Messages: if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information included in your message and your contact details.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver, schedule and support the services you contract.
- To process and confirm payments.
- To improve our website and understand which services interest our visitors.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and privacy-friendly analytics.
- FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- PayPal — payment processing, under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers are located outside your country, including the United States. By using our website you understand that your information may be transferred and processed there, with appropriate safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client and billing records for the period required by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. Security
Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Grupo GoIT follows an information security management system certified under ISO/IEC 27001, and access to client information is limited to the staff who need it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733), Canada's PIPEDA and applicable U.S. state laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. 7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
